Calculate moving averages, lagged values, rankings and other business KPIs using the window functions

Using CASE WHEN for data filtering

Management of NULL values and NORMALIZE function for normalising character strings

Using regexes and string functions for pattern matching

Simplify data cleansing with BigQuery's user-defined functions

Using the PARSE_DATE and PARSE_DATETIME functions to analyse dates

Formatting dates with FORMAT_DATE and FORMAT_DATETIME

Extraction of date components using the EXTRACT function

Calculation of the time difference between dates and common operators for filtering on dates

Understanding the basics of pricing in BigQuery

Reduce the amount of data queried with the EXCEPT instruction
