What was your background before enrolling on the course?
So, my name is Rodrigue, I'm 30 years old and I'm currently on a data analytics bootcamp at Artefact. I originally trained at an engineering school specialising in construction, with a focus on energy. My career path led me to work on issues related to energy optimisation and resource management, but I quickly felt the need to acquire data skills to go further in analysis and decision-making.Why did you choose the School of Data?
Artefact is the only course that lets you work directly on their premises. This immerses us in a dynamic environment where we are in direct contact with other data analysts. For me, this immersion makes all the difference, because it encourages discussion, mutual support and a better understanding of the challenges of the job.What did you enjoy during your data analytics training?
What I liked most was the way the days were organised: the mornings were devoted to theory and the afternoons to practical work, which meant that you could apply what you'd learned straight away. I also really liked the close relationship with the trainers, who were always available to support us and answer our questions.How has this training helped you in your career development?
The training really helped me to develop my working methods. Initially, I worked mainly in Excel, but thanks to this programme, I've been able to develop new skills. Today, I can code in Python and automate certain tasks, which allows me to simplify and optimise processes that were previously long and tedious.If you had to describe the School of Data in one word, what would it be?

What is the training format?
You choose the format! Training can be face-to-face, distance learning or hybrid! Everything is designed so that you can follow the course from our classroom or from home, as you wish. We've made this choice to optimise your learning during the course.
What support is there to help you find a job?
Every day, our students have the opportunity to work alongside Artefact employeesone of the leaders in Data. This means that every day, they meet Data Scientists, Analysts and Engineers who make up their professional network and increase their chances of securing a future position with Artefact or with a partner.
Who are the teachers?
Your teachers are Data Scientists, Analysts or Senior Engineers by trade. This is very important to us, because they work at the very heart of one of the leaders in Data: Artefact. This means that the tutors are in daily contact with Artefact customers and are responding to real, topical issues in the field. Our training courses are therefore designed around what they experience on a daily basis.
