What was your background before joining the data analytics course?
Before joining the course, I worked as a CRM Manager. In this role, I was already in contact with data, but mainly from a strategic and operational point of view, without really mastering the technical aspect of coding. As my career progressed, I realised that to fully exploit the data and optimise customer relationship management, I was lacking essential technical skills. So I felt the need to develop my skills in SQL, Python and data visualisation, so that I could better structure and analyse the data. This increase in skills is now enabling me to strengthen my expertise and broaden my scope to take on more technical and impactful assignments.
What aspects of the Data Analytics course have impressed you the most?
What I appreciated most about the bootcamp was the quality of the teaching content, the support from the team and the working environment. Located in the heart of Paris, the premises are easily accessible and offer a pleasant and motivating learning environment. One of the aspects that particularly impressed me was the closeness of the teaching team. Being able to talk to the trainers on a daily basis and give feedback on what was working and what wasn't was a real plus. This participative approach enabled me to make effective progress while feeling supported. I really appreciated this kindness and personalised support, which gave me the feeling that I was being considered as a person and not just one of many participants. On a technical level, the training was very comprehensive and pragmatic. We learned how to manipulate SQL and Python to extract and analyse data, create sophisticated dashboards and gain a better understanding of broader concepts such as the RGPD. This programme enabled us to cover the essential skills needed to work as a Data Analyst, while giving us a concrete vision of the challenges of the job. I've come away from this experience enriched, with new technical skills and a better understanding of the role of data in decision-making. A big thank you to the whole team for this high-quality training course!
How has this training influenced your vision of data in your professional field?
This course helped me to understand the importance of data in strategic decision-making. I learnt to use tools such as SQL and Python, which enables me to analyse and visualise data more effectively. This skill is essential for optimising customer relationship management strategies.

We recommend that you come to one of our face-to-face courses to be at the heart of the leader in Data and Artificial Intelligence. However, if you prefer or if you can't do otherwise, our courses can also be taken at a distance or as a hybrid! Everything is designed so that you can follow our courses from our classroom or from home, as you wish. We have made this choice to optimise your learning during the course.

Who are the teachers?
Your tutors are Data Scientists, Analysts or Senior Engineers by trade. This is very important to us because they work at the very heart of one of the leaders specialising in Data and AI: Artefact. This means that the teachers are in daily contact with Artefact customers and are responding to real, current issues in the field. Our training courses are therefore designed around what they experience on a daily basis.
