What was your background before enrolling on the course?
Hello, my name is Mathieu. I'm 24 years old and I've been training at the Artefact School of Data for a month and a half now. I previously followed an engineering course, with an integrated preparation, then a specialisation in IT under a sandwich course. I did my sandwich course with a company called Bertrand, working on software development for a tractor for a customer called Class Tractor.
What did you enjoy during your data analytics training?
What particularly impressed me during this course was the 360° immersion in the world of data. I've always been passionate about this subject, and this course gave me a concrete and enriching view of it.
What are your career plans?
As far as my career plan is concerned, it's still being worked out. I've been familiarising myself with the fundamental concepts of data for a month and a half now. However, I'm particularly interested in two areas: data analytics and data science. This includes setting up machine learning models, cleaning and pre-processing data, and structuring a database from A to Z. I hope that my final year project will give me a clearer vision of my future career direction.
