Read the inspiring story of Léone, an alumnus of the Data Analytics training !

How did your career path lead you to become interested in data?

Throughout my career, I've managed campaigns, analysed trends and optimised marketing strategies. However, with changes in the sector and the growing importance of data in decision-making, I felt the need to acquire more technical skills to better exploit data and refine customer strategies.

Why did you choose Artefact School of Data to train you?

I chose Artefact School of Data because, as well as being a world reference in data, it offers a school that is directly integrated into its company. For me, it was a unique opportunity to learn in a setting that combines theory and practice, while being immersed in an environment in tune with the demands of the luxury sector. This practical, professional approach convinced me straight away that this was the best way to develop my skills and give a new dimension to my career.

What aspects of data analytics training have particularly impressed you?

What I particularly appreciated was the richness and diversity of the teaching, which enabled me to learn new things every day in an environment that was both stimulating and caring. The support of the trainers and the teaching approach helped me to understand and master key tools such as SQL, Python and Google Analytics, which are now indispensable in the field of data.

I also really enjoyed the data visualisation part, which enabled me to transform complex analyses into clear, usable insights. It gave me a better understanding of how data can be used to optimise customer journeys and refine marketing strategies, particularly in the luxury sector.

As well as technical skills, the course also offered me a real learning dynamic, with enriching exchanges and practical projects that enabled me to apply my knowledge directly to real-life problems. These skills will be invaluable for the rest of my career, as they will enable me to make better use of data to improve the customer experience, both online and in-store.

How has this training changed your view of data?

Before the training course, I saw data as a tool to complement marketing strategies. Today, I realise that it is at the heart of decision-making, and that it needs to be integrated right from the design stage of campaigns and strategic plans.

I've learned to structure my analyses, to use more advanced methodologies and to make decisions based on concrete facts, rather than on hunches. Thanks to the tools taught, I can now cross-reference different data sources, build more accurate performance indicators and adapt my strategies in real time.

What has also changed is the way I work with the technical teams. Before, data could seem complex and inaccessible. Now I understand the issues, methods and language of analysts and data scientists, which makes it easier to work as a team and implement data-driven strategies.
