What was your background before enrolling on the course?
My name is Hevi, I'm 24 and I've just graduated with a degree in physics and chemistry. My academic career has been very theoretical, with a strong emphasis on scientific and mathematical concepts, but without any real practical approach to the technological tools and concrete applications of data.
It was to fill this gap that I decided to join the Data Scientist bootcamp at Artefact School of Data. My aim is to continue my studies with a master's degree in robotics and artificial intelligence, and to do that I needed to acquire more technical skills before joining this course. The course enabled me to develop a solid grounding in programming, machine learning and data science, which will be essential for the rest of my career.
What did you enjoy during your data scientist training?
Everything was great! Right from the start, the atmosphere in the class was very pleasant and dynamic, with motivated and committed participants. The format of the course, based on working in pairs on daily challenges, greatly encouraged collaborative learning and the sharing of knowledge. This dynamic enabled us to rapidly develop our skills, by comparing ideas and helping each other with exercises.
Another aspect I really appreciated was the teaching support. Our teachers were there every day, always available to guide us and answer our questions. This constant monitoring made a real difference to our learning.
One of the great advantages of the School of Data is its total immersion in the Artefact environment. Throughout the bootcamp, we were in direct contact with data analysts and data scientists who work at Artefact. This proximity enabled us to talk to them, get advice on jobs and recruitment opportunities, and get a real insight into the requirements of the sector.
In addition, we had privileged access to exclusive events organised by Artefact, where we were able to meet companies, attend presentations on major data projects and talk to experts in the field. These meetings were extremely enriching and enabled me to expand my network while discovering the real challenges of data science in the professional world.

What is the training format?
You choose the format! Training can be face-to-face, distance learning or hybrid! Everything is designed so that you can follow the course from our classroom or from home, as you wish. We've made this choice to optimise your learning during the course.

Every day, our students have the opportunity to work alongside Artefact employeesone of the leaders in Data. This means that every day, they meet Data Scientists, Analysts and Engineers who make up their professional network and increase their chances of securing a future position with Artefact or with a partner.
Who are the teachers?
Your teachers are Data Scientists, Analysts or Senior Engineers by trade. This is very important to us, because they work at the very heart of one of the leaders in Data: Artefact. This means that the tutors are in daily contact with Artefact customers and are responding to real, topical issues in the field. Our training courses are therefore designed around what they experience on a daily basis.
